At Lola’s Nail Closet, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure a seamless and personalized mobile experience.

To schedule your service:
• Select your desired service
• Choose your preferred date and time
• Submit payment upon receiving your invoice

Once payment is received, your appointment is officially secured and reserved exclusively for you.

Mobile Service & Travel

For select premium services, travel within Charlotte is included.
For all other appointments, a travel fee applies based on location.

• Travel Fee – Within Charlotte: $12.99
• Travel Fee – Outside Charlotte: $29.99
• Optional Add-Ons (if selected): $25

Our mobile services are delivered directly to your home, providing comfort, convenience, and professional care without compromise.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. As services are prepaid, we kindly discourage cancellations. Appointments not canceled within the designated time-frame

will incur a cancellation fee.

Clients may reschedule once within an available time slot to accommodate changes.

Do we offer group bookings?
